From our sources, we have heard that the longest running show for the Time being on Star Plus Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai will either go off air or have a slot change because of its popularity to make place for Rajan Shahi's next titled Tumhare Seher Mein.The show will feature Heeba Nawab and Dhruv Bhandari. The Show will be produced under firework productions and expects to go on-air in December.{Update} The show is based on cops and will revolve around their lives and what difficulties they face.
{Update} Also "Mere Nikhattu which have already went on floor is all set to be launched on SP. The show will be produced under the Shashi Sumit productions and will be a love story from a small town.
Star Plus also shelved mythological show on King Ashoka because of its rival Colors TV which take the projet overnight and serial expect to go on air after the end of Bigg Boss 8. They also dropped down the 52 episodes short series Hospital which was an indian remake of the TV Show Grey Anatomy as content doesn't suit what SP was broadcasting. To note that the Productions house endemol have already acquired the copyright for the series.
We have also get to know that "Ek Haseena Thi" might go off-air as the production house - Cinevistaas Ltd's 1 year contract is about to end in December and there have been no renewal.
In addition, in 2015 viewer might see a major change in time slot of their serials as they will be returning back to 5 episodes per week to make entry for 4 new weekend finite series of 26 episodes each. So what are the show all about? Here are some updates.
Four productions house have been approached namedly, BBC Worldwide Productions, Sobo Films pvt Ltd, Vipul Amrutlal Shah and Playtime Creations. BBC worldwide planned to produced an action-based serials, Sobo Films will produce a legal based drama, Vipul shah and Playtime also bags a finite series of 26 episodes.
One serial which we have not heard is "The Mall", a triangular love story to be produced by Midtech India and with lead Randheer Rai and Kiran Srinivas. What happen to the projet, still no idea?
