Sid meets with a grave accident while searching for Roshni in Bangkok and is rushed back to India for his treatment. When Roshni finds out about Sid's accident, she is shattered and rushes back to India to see Sid. Roshni sneaks into Sid's room in the hospital dressed as a nurse. She sees Sid gravely injured and breaks down into tears. She apologizes to Sid and begs him to wake up and prove his undying love for her. She confesses to Sid that she loves him. The moment Roshni says these words, Sid opens his eyes. Roshnismiles for a moment and then suddenly remembers how Sid had hurt her in the past and runs out of the room.
Everyone is shocked to see Sid walk into the corridor to stop Roshni. Roshni is furious with Sid for blackmailing her by trying to kill himself. Roshni tells Sid that nothing between them has changed and that she is going to Bangkok. Sid smiles and tells Roshni that he might have opted for the wrong way to get her back but to make her realize how much she loves him; he will do it again and again. Sid grabs Roshni in his arms and tells her to confess that she loves him. Roshni refuses to be trapped in Sid's notion of love once again. For a moment, their eyes lock it and it seems for a moment that Roshni is losing her guard when Duragadevi intervenes and insists to send Roshni farther away from Sid. Sid challenges DD to send Roshni to the farthest corner of the world but he is now sure that Roshni will come back to him. As DD and Roshni are leaving Sid takes a step towards her and winces in pain.Roshni turns back to look at Sid, extremely worried for him. Sid is convinced of Roshni's love for him and has a winning smile on his face.
At home, DD tells Roshni to go back to Bangkok as her staying in India might jeopardise her divorce with Sid.
On the other hand, Sid is pleased to be home and in his room which has the wall filled with Roshni's pictures. Simran comes there with Sid's dinner and lovingly feeds him. Sid requests Simran to accept Roshni back as her daughter-in-law. Simran refuses to accept Roshni back and emotionally leaves. Sid is even more determined to bring Roshni back.
Meanwhile, the couple who had given Durgadevi the order for the designs comes to her house and are furious that DD has not completed the designs yet. They start speaking to DD rudely when Roshni comes there and asks them to rudely leave. Roshni realizes the financial crisis her mother has been going through and decides to stay back in India and help DD. DD tries to convince Roshni to go back or else Sid will try and create new problems everyday but Roshni is determined to stay back and tells DD that she doesn't care for Sid anymore, especially after he ruined their family. Roshni confesses that she for a moment became too emotional about Sid and was worried for him but not anymore. DD is still not sure about Roshni's decision and to everyone Yash too comes there and agrees with DD. Yash tells DD that she and Nani too should shift with him and Roshni to Bangkok. Roshni and DD are very happy to see Sid who explains that he has come to check on Roshni since she left without saying goodbye.
Once alone, Roshni explains to Yash that she cannot go back with him to Bangkok until she has helped her mother regain her respect and fame that she once had and apologizes to him for letting him down. Yash smiles and tells Roshni that in that case he too will stay with her in India and help her. After all they are best friends and he cannot leave Roshni alone in this mess. Roshni, pleased hugs Yash and leaves.
Yash too is very happy and wishes to soon turn this friendship into love.
