In the last episode of Kumkum Bhagya, Neel (Neel Motwani) enters the shack at the last minute and saves Pragya (SritiJha) just seconds before the assassin is about to shoot Pragya. Neel is worried since Pragya's husband, Abhi, (ShabbirAlhuwalia) is madly searching for her and wishes to shift her to another hideout immediately. The Police Inspector is unsure about Pragya's location since they have not yet been able to find her. Just then Abhi finds Pragya's bangles fallen on the ground and insists the Police to create blockades on all exit points from the area. He is sure that Pragya is around and her kidnappers will try and move her away.The current episode starts with Neel and his goons trying to elope with an unconscious Pragya in his car but is shocked to see Abhi, Purab (ArjitTaneja), Bulbul (Mrunal Thakur) along with the cops searching all the cars that are passing by. Neel, tensed tells his henchmen to turn the car around and asks them if there is a place they can hide until they figure out which route would be the safest to get Pragya out of here without being caught.
They decide to hide Pragya at a deserted shop until they can figure out a proper plan of action. Pragya cannot stop smiling seeing Neel so tensed. Neel gets irritated seeing Pragya mocking him. On the other hand, Pragya warns Neel to let her go now and surrender himself before Abhi. She tries to explain to Neel that even now, if Neel takes Pragya back home and seeks forgiveness for his mistake, Abhi might forgive him. Neel egoistically refuses and tells Pragyato be quiet and co-operate with them otherwise, the more she would speak, the more they would make her suffer. Neel asks his men to suggest him a route that would be the safest to get out of this place. His men suggest him a busy route, through the market, which would be difficult for the police to block. Neel decides to immediately leave to check the route after which they can decide to take Pragya out of this place.
Meanwhile, Abhi reaches the market area and is upset with the Inspector who has a handful of police men to block the place and check the cars. Abhi threatens the Inspector to call for more force or he will escalate the matter to higher authorities. The Inspector tells Abhi that he has called for help but it will at least take another hour for them to come. Abhi is tensed since the kidnappers can easily move Pragya within an hour from this route. Neel too finds out that they have an hour before the Police force can block the road and begin their search and he rushes to the shop to shift Pragya to another location.
Abhi is tensed since Dadi has been calling him repeatedly to find out whether or not he has found out Pragya. He promises Dadi that he will get Pragya home anyhow and struggles with an idea to block the road. Purab and Bulbul too are trying their best to check every car. Suddenly Abhi sees a bunch of kids drumming on empty vessels and starts playing with them. Within minutes, crowd starts to gather on the streets. People get out of the cars and are surprised that Abhi is going to be performing a live "Road Show: Concert".
Meanwhile Neel and his goons manage to drug Pragya and plan to shift Pragya in an unconscious state. As they are passing by the market area, they are shocked to see the road that was clear minutes ago is now jammed with cars and Abhi is performing on the street. The news channels begin to cover Abhi's concert and everyone in Pragya and Abhi's family are shocked to see him dance and entertain people unaware of Abhi's actual motive.
Will Abhi's plan work? Or will Neel along with his goons once again succeed in escaping with Pragya right under Abhi's nose?
